Personal information (name, address, e-mail, CV and personal letter) when you apply for a job or an internship with us, we save for two years according to the National Archives regulations. Then they are thinned.
There is also personal information in the form of picture, film and sound on our website and on our account on Twitter. We request these before consent for publication.

Processing of personal data
All processing of personal data must be done in a correct manner, in accordance with applicable laws and in a manner that ensures a secure and appropriate processing. All processing of your personal data is done solely for the purposes for which they were intended when they were collected.
SIEPS will not disclose your personal information to anyone or transfer it to any country other than Sweden without clear information on this and, where applicable, given the opportunity to consent to such disclosure. In newsletters and other mailings, we always use technology that does not show addresses to other recipients.
Right to request information
You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by SIEPS, whether collected through the website or otherwise. You may have the right to request correction if you believe that SIEPS is processing your information incorrectly or request that we erase the personal data we process about you if this information does not have to be retained due to other statutes such as, for example, public policy and filing rules.
