Daniel Tarschys
Professor in Political Science
Daniel Tarschys is Professor Emeritus in Political Science at the University of Stockholm. He has been Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Head of the Swedish Prime Minister's Office and Member of the Swedish Parliament. He was a Vice President of the International Political Science Association (IPSA) and has chaired the boards of The Expert Group on Public Economics (ESO), Riksbankens Jubileumsfond (RJ), the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) and the Swedish Council on Medical Ethics (SMER).
