Jörgen Hettne
Professor of business law and associate professor of EU law
Jörgen Hettne is professor of business law, associate professor of EU law and head of the Department of Business Law at Lund University School of Economics and Management. He is also director of the Centre for European Studies at Lund University (CFE). His research focuses on the constitutional development in the EU, as well as the EU internal market and competition policy, in particular state monopolies, public procurement and state aid. Within the framework of SIEPS, Hettne focuses primarily on issues relating to the development of the internal market and the regulation of world trade.
