A Quiet Revolution: The Common Commercial Policy Six Years after the Treaty of Lisbon

Författare: Cremona Marise

The Common Commercial Policy (CCP) is perhaps the most expressive incarnation of the EU external action. The Treaty of Lisbon considerably revised this policy, both in substantive and institutional terms.

With the benefit of hindsight, the report of Professor Marise Cremona offers a welcome legal analysis of these modifications and of their impact, considering the recent case law of the European Court of Justice. It is the eighth report that SIEPS publishes in the context of its research project The EU External Action and the Treaty of Lisbon.

The publication is in English with a summary in Swedish and is part of SIEPS´ research project The EU External Action and the Treaty of Lisbon.
