Andreas Kotsios
Senior Researcher in Law
Andreas Kotsios is a legal researcher specialising in the internal market, digital regulation, and fundamental rights.
He is also a Senior Lecturer in European Law at the Faculty of Law in Uppsala, where he conducts research on AI and data regulation. He has been a visiting researcher at Oxford (Centre for Socio‑Legal Studies), Amsterdam (Centre for Transformative Private Law), and Milan (Information Society Law Centre), as well as a researcher at KTH (Division of Media Technology and Interaction Design).
In addition, he has collaborated with Swedish public authorities on the development of shared data governance and sharing models, and he is currently a member of the Think Tank Europa, focusing on EU digital policy.
