Anna Horn

Senior Researcher in Law

Anna Horn is a senior researcher in law. Her research primarily focuses on the legal regulation of the internal market, the EU’s competences and constitutional order, as well as comparative law.

Anna holds a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) in private law and defended her dissertation Harmonising the Acts of Patent Infringement in Europe in 2024 at the Faculty of Law, Stockholm University.

She has been a visiting researcher twice at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, Germany.
