Eléonore Dupis Hellström

Eléonore Dupis Hellström is responsible for coordinating the agency's research projects and is primarily responsible for planning and implementing Sieps' research seminars and conferences.

Additionally, she holds the position of Human Resources Manager and acts as the employer's representative for the agency.

Eléonore has pursued legal studies with a focus on EU law and Philosophie of Law at several universities, including Université Montesquieu in Bordeaux, Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, Université Catholique de Louvain, and Stockholm University.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law, supplemented by advanced training in higher practical public administration.
