SIEPS is a government agency and this means that messages sent to us become public documents.
Personal data that we collect
Personal information (email address) that you provide to us when you subscribe to our mailings via email is only stored as long as you are a subscriber. If you unsubscribe from our mailings, we will delete this personal information.
Personal information (name, address and e-mail) that you provide to us when you order our printed publications will only be stored for as long as it is necessary to be able to send or complete the order.
Personal information (name, address, e-mail and any dietary requirements) that you provide to us in connection with registration for seminars and other events will only be saved as long as it is required for the administration, ie for the preparation of a participant list, mailing of confirmations and evaluation questionnaires. In the event that costs are incurred at our seminars and training, the invoice basis is saved in accordance with current accounting rules.
Personal information (name, address, e-mail, CV and personal letter) when you apply for a job or an internship with us, we save for two years according to the National Archives regulations. Then they are thinned.
There is also personal information in the form of picture, film and sound on our website and on our account on Twitter. We request these before consent for publication.
