A Better Budget for Europe: Economically Efficient, Politically Realistic (2008:2epa)
This European Policy Analysis proposes a method for analysing the EU budget which combines economic, political and legal aspects. This integrated and multidisciplinary approach was lacking in the previous literature on the EU budget.
The objective is to offer a basis for a realistic and comprehensive analysis of how the budget should be structured.
The analysis was presented at the seminar The EU Budget Review 2008/09 and is a part of the research project The EU Budget.
