Svenskarna åter alltmer positiva till EU
After twenty years of EU membership, the Swedish attitudes towards the EU has grown more positive and more stable in all social groups. Today, every second Swede is in favour of the Swedish EU membership.
But at the same time, the Swede´s are all the more convinced about remaining outside the Eurozone. In this study – based on opinion surveys conducted by the SOM Institute – Linda Berg analyses the Swedish population’s perceptions of the consequences of the EU membership and the effects of EU policies. The publication is in Swedish and is a part of the SIEPS research project Swedish Public Opinion on European Integration.
