Förhandsavgöranden av EU-domstolen: Utvecklingen av svenska domstolars hållning och praxis 2010-2015
During the last decade, Sweden was criticized by the European Commission for having a low number of preliminary references sent to the European Court of Justice by Swedish courts. Since then, new case law has emerged along with an amendment of the Swedish statute.
This report – a follow-up to a report from 2010 – discusses the current status of preliminary references from Swedish national courts.
The publication is in Swedish, with a summary in English. It is part of SIEPS´ research project The constitutional development of the European Union.
